  I attended classes at this studio for about 6 months and loved it....until I tried to cancel my membership. The front desk tells me that you need to email a random email address ("the manager") approximately 30 days before you want to end your subscription. I did this and never heard back. Lo and behold, was charged again the next month, so I figured "OK, I haven't moved yet. I'll just email again and use these for class credits. No big deal." Nope -- a month later I get charged again. I call the studio and they say they will cancel my membership (um, why couldn't they do this 30 days ago when I asked?), but that I'd have to forward them my previous emails which they would forward to corporate to get a refund. I never hear back. I email again. Nothing. I call and get "corporate's number," which leads me to a very vague/unnamed voice-mail. Obviously, I never hear back. Will take it up with the CC company and Better Business Bureau, but moral of the story is: do not come here. Wish I had read the reviews first.
