  I have used this Warby Parker several times. I was first attracted to the styles of glasses, but I recommend this store because it has excellent service.

  The staff and doctor were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire eye exam and answered all my questions.

  First time I’d been in a WP in years. Was satisfied w the other stores I was already using. I went to help a an established WP friend choose new glasses. I planned to go elsewhere. There was no need to. I went to 2 WP locations in Chicago to see if their stock differed. It didn’t. The staff at both stores were standouts: inviting, casual, totally no pressure. I took note that the staff members were diverse in age and gender. Browse freely. Opinions felt sincere and suggestions genuine. Other points to note: the stores, thankfully, do not have a menacingly overwhelming amount of stock so that choices are impossible. The styles are modern takes on traditional looks without the clownish options that pull questionable attention that some folks wear in an effort to appear fashionable without considering if they’re flattering. Frames are nicely grouped by style. I’m used to paying 3x the cost for glasses that I’m much too rough with. WP frames are all affordable, ranging from around $100-$175. The price for frames alone and the same frames with lenses is clearly displayed per item. Many of their stores offer prescription exams. They’re also able to check and accept many insurance benefits. I like to keep 3-4 styles to rotate and felt confident that the ones I chose at WP were perfect for me. If once home I decided otherwise, I have 3 days to make adjustments. I couldn’t be more pleasantly and unexpectedly surprised. It pays off to help friends shop.

  Love Warby Parker! Styles and colors are updated frequently and the selection is vast. The best part of my experience at the Southport store was the salespeople. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and give thoughtful feedback!
