- AKanna kate5 days ago5.0Good convenient place for a comprehensive eye exam. Doctor working here is friendly, professional, and doesn't hard sell any kind of brand or unneeded medical service. Prices on my brand of contacts was cheaper than 1-800-contacts by about 15%.

I felt like I was interrupting by trying to shop, they kept reading the articles as I shopped in store to each other. I need the glasses in 12 calendar days, they were trying to ask me to pay $25 for expedited shipping for that. Overall just a classic case of poor customer service. I don’t want to feel like I’m interrupting you to shop in your store. The person helping me didn’t upload my information he took a picture of in store of my new prescription so now to shop online I have to input my information again.

The exam was good and the staff and doctor were very friendly, understanding, and helpful (I cannot keep my eyes open well for the retinal scan, lol). The glasses themselves are great and the main reason I went with them. They have a large selection and aren’t overpriced like at places I’ve gone before; I don’t need designer glasses, but so often that’s the only option in styles I like at other places and they’re quite spendy.
