Brian was thorough and kind throughout the exam, and the young lady who helped me choose and order frames was pleasant and kind. The optician behind the counter was able to tighten and reshape my current frames so that I have a more comfortable wear until my new prescriptions arrive (also notably kind). I've gotten fairly used to to impersonal interactions at most places anymore and this was very far from that. Hope y'all have a great day.
