- EPEnrique Partida4 days ago5.0I recently had an eye exam and purchased new eyeglasses at Warby Parker Fulton Market, and overall I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, patient, and extremely helpful in helping me pick the correct frames for my vision needs and prescription. The optometrist was excellent at explaining everything clearly and in detail. She explained that my prescription in my right eye had actually improved slightly, while my left eye increased a bit. She also took the time to explain my astigmatism and why smaller oval-shaped frames would work better for my situation. I mainly need glasses for driving, and she recommended single-vision lenses instead of progressive lenses, which made a lot of sense after she explained it. She also mentioned that contacts are still an option in the future and explained that I could even wear contacts at home and continue using glasses when driving if needed. I never felt rushed during the appointment, and everyone was very professional and informative. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and appreciate how thorough and helpful the staff was throughout the process.
