Any eyeglasses I've worn my entire life I have been able to walk in anywhere and have them adjusted all over the world. Never and I mean never will I get another pair of contacts or eyeglasses from them and I will tell anyone I know the same. I will even butly there glasses or contacts for them not to go there as long as I know the person. Peace out.

I came in for an eye exam and to order new frames, and unfortunately, their entire system and app were completely down. What could have been an incredibly frustrating and chaotic experience was instead handled with total grace and professionalism. The staff didn’t miss a beat. They immediately pivoted and handled everything for me on paper. They took the time to walk me through my lens options, helped me pick out the perfect frames, and made sure all my measurements were completely accurate, entirely by hand. They were patient, kind, and incredibly efficient despite the technical difficulties they were dealing with behind the scenes. It is rare to find customer service this dedicated and adaptable. Thank you to the wonderful employees who turned a system outage into a seamless, positive experience. Highly recommend!
