I brought a prescription in a week ago, and returned today 7/14/26 with my glasses and to be told "oh We thru it Out? Instead of the Prescription being placed in my file. I was told today we only keep it for two days then we throw it out!! I WAS NOT TOLD THAT AND WHEN I TALKED TO DAN THE OFFICE MANAGER WAS RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, SO I SEE WHY THE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE AS WELL. I WILL KEEP MY GOOD PAYING INSURANCE AND TAKE IT ELSEWHERE.!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!! I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE AS A ZERO FOR COMMUNICATION AND ZERO FOR PROFESSIONLISM!!!
