Their cancellation policy is intentionally worded to scam you of an extra month’s payment. Disgusting business practices that leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Nothing bugs me more than predatory business practices. They will sell you and your loyalty out for a small payout. Take your money somewhere else.

Scammed my girlfriend. Terrible customer service. Have to cancel several months in advance which makes absolutely no sense. Should be called Pure Money Grab instead of Pure Barre. Plenty of other great workout and class options in Streeterville.

I just completed my first month at Pure Barre, and I'm so glad I joined! It feels wonderful to get back into exercising after having my baby. I love the welcoming atmosphere and the amazing instructors—they make every class enjoyable and motivating. The workouts have helped me get stronger, especially now that my toddler is getting heavier and loves to be carried! It's also been such a gift to have dedicated time to focus on my own health and well-being. After just one month, I already feel stronger both physically and mentally. Thank you, Pure Barre!

I absolutely love Pure Barre Streeterville! This studio has become one of my favorite places in the city. They offer five challenging formats of exercise, and I genuinely enjoy every single one of them. Whether it’s the defining Classic, high energy Empower, intense Reform, empowering Define, or balancing Align, each class delivers a fantastic full body workout that keeps me coming back for more. The instructors are exceptional! They’re incredibly supportive, while pushing you to go the extra mile. They provide excellent form cues and modifications, making the classes accessible yet challenging no matter your fitness level. You always feel motivated and accomplished by the end. What truly sets this location apart is the strong sense of community. Everyone is welcoming, the energy in the room is positive and uplifting, and you quickly feel like you’re part of something special. If you’re looking for a fun, effective, and motivating workout experience, I highly recommend Pure Barre Streeterville. There’s never a boring moment, and you won’t regret it! 💪
