My body has become stronger, more defined, more flexible, and the community is incredible. I've been to other sites, and this one has felt particularly like "home". I watch women of varying ages, ethnicities, and body types all working to become stronger, healthier women, and that's an incredible space to work out in!

I love the community here every tries to learn your names and give great encouragement to keep pushing without pushing your limits. I enjoy that the class plans switch up every 2 weeks so I'm still doing something different and getting a good workout in. Definitely try it out if you want something new and no need to feel scared about starting everyone started once!
