  I love this location and the staff. The owner has several studios in Chicago and has a very welcoming and encouraging environment. The only negative is that they are very strict with start time and I have ADHD with major rejection dysphoria and had a crash out (privately in my car) when I arrived at 6pm for my 6pm class and they wouldn’t let me in because the teacher had already closed the door I guess at 5:59pm. Other than that moment it has been great going here and the instructors are very good with helping students adjust and push themselves. So now I just have anxiety before getting to class and try to get there 10 minutes early…. Just a warning for my fellow ADHD friends!

  You all need to rethink your late policy! I arrived at 9 on the dot and I wasn’t allowed in. Took me an hour to get there by bus only to be turned away.

  I am sorry to leave this review because i thought the people here were really nice till there was a misunderstanding in regards to my membership here. I left a message over the weekend. Somebody called me back today which was fine. However, she was incredibly condescending and rude and spoke to me like I was a five-year-old and told me like four times how I was wrong in what I was telling her. I was under the impression after a three month trial that I would then have to go in and renew if I wanted I did not know that it was an auto renewal thing so now I have been billed for another month and they’re going to bill me again and I haven’t even been to the studio since Feb. I have a bunch of stuff going on personally with a sick parent and I understand that this is not their problem nor are they aware of this. However, the way the situation was handled just added to my stress and it was the most unpleasant experience I’ve had dealing with a business. I work in sales, and I would never speak to a customer the way this woman spoke to me today- I would be fired.

  Have been coming for a while now - love this studio. Not intimidating, classes are great and people are friendly and helpful.

  It's been two years since I hit the Barre... this location is making my return feel just right. It's only two miles from my home, has flexible times, they are very responsive to questions and help ... plus I feel amazing after class. I took my first PB Class a few years ago and I have to say I really love this location the best. Thanks for making my return to barre classs something I truly look forward to even at 5:45am!
