- NLNathaniel Lopez6 days ago3.0This is review is on the scheduling portion for my 79 year old father. I made an appointment on May 13 for my father at 530pm on May 14 with a Spanish speaking provider since my dad only speaks Spanish. Today on May 14th I get a call around 115pm stating that the provider needs more time with my father since he is 65 and older and was requested to come in at 3pm and if unable to make the 3pm appointment we would have to reschedule. That reschedule with the same provider wouldn’t be til next Tuesday which I’m unavailable. That was a 1.5 hour notice and I leave near bridgeview and would be the one to pick him up and take him here. I was even willing to do a 330pm on the extremely late notice but the provider didn’t have availability at that time or between his scheduled appointment. Why would your online system allow me to book for my father a time that wouldn’t work suffice for him? Why would I get a text message to confirm the appointment if my father needed more time? Why didn’t I get a call early in the morning about the time of care being extended about his age and that 530pm wouldn’t work? For someone who is coming from the southside of the city and trying to help my elderly father this was very bothersome and agitating. I’m giving 3/5 stars because the scheduling portion of the customer service was 1/5 in my experience scheduling for my elderly father. The ladies on the phone were nice and respectful over the phone so that was a positive.

From the first day I met her, she has always made my daughter and I feel welcomed and cared for. Her service is always done with a personal touch. Definitely a location I would recommend.
