  Just left from here my second year coming to this place. Every year I’m hassled about my prescription and this year was hassled about my expired one. Staff made an assumption off the bat that I was trying to use an experienced prescription for new lens. When it’s obviously illegal. Front desk person told me my medical records could only travel doctor to doctor. Gave me the run around about receiving my medical records. It’s criminal to charge $100 for a contact lens exam and then when a patient asks for support to automatically tell them they cannot have their medical records. ONLY TO GIVE THEM TO ME IN THE END. Leaving out from my apt I was given ONLY the receipt and when asked for my NEW PRESCRIPTION THAT I CAME THERE FOR, was told to wait. Such an exhausting experience for people who shouldn’t care that much about MY eyes.

  great group of people working here! I really enjoyed working with Martin. Martin always goes above and beyond to help patients pick the right frames, get the most out of insurance benefits and ease any concerns you may have. I don't recall the doctors name, she was new but she was very pleasant and helpful to work with. look forward to my next visit!

  I had a really frustrating experience at Pearle Vision. The staff came across as rude and unhelpful from the start, which made the whole process uncomfortable. On top of that, their pricing feels extremely inflated , and I later found the same frames elsewhere for nearly half the cost. What made things worse was how unclear they were about their warranty. I asked multiple questions and still didn’t get a straight answer, which left me feeling misled. When I requested the frame name and size so I could compare options, I was actually given incorrect information, which is unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to specialize in eyewear. Overall, between the poor customer service, lack of transparency, and overpriced products, I would not recommend going here. There are plenty of other places that offer better service and more reasonable prices.

  Terrible. I purchased my glasses from them three years ago. I found them to be pushy aggressive really just wanting to put you in a pair of glasses and get you out of there. I knew what I wanted so I put up with this as it was convenient to my house. I had this fishbowl effect when I was wearing the glasses and found it difficult to wear them. Recently, I found out that they put the wrong prescription in. I will never be back. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

  Very attentive very considerate and I appreciate the technician who helped me with my glasses very knowledgeable on price and eye wear thank you so much
