  Shanti is THE best — her honest and helpful approach in sales is valued. If you've ever tried on glasses in store, and a sales clerk hands you pairs that look like the fat lady in The Far Side and worse and you just want to be left alone — Shanti sees one pair you like, and then actually brings you comparable and complementing glasses in your chosen style as well as others that actually look good that you may not have considered. Her pattern recognition and product knowledge is top tier. Weeks after receiving, her customer service and follow up, just to make sure everything is as expected, is unmatched in my personal world of customer service experiences.

  Shanti Morgan is the reason I'll keep coming back to the Oliver Peoples on Rush Street. This is my second time working with her and she's been exceptional both times. I came in set on one pair of glasses, but Shanti listened, understood what I was actually looking for, and found me something even better. She went the extra mile and pulled out a color that isn't even available online so I could try it in person, and that's the pair I walked out with. On top of that, she remembered to check my vision insurance without me asking, which saved me $300. My first visit, I came in with broken glasses and she handled everything quickly and made the whole thing painless. She's attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about getting it right for her customers. Shanti is a huge asset to this store. Ask for her!

  Loved my experience picked out frames and colored lenses! I brought my prescription from my eye doctor and they made them and shipped to me in Michigan ! Will definitely be going back for my next pair of eye glasses. Very helpful and friendly staff definitely recommend.
