  Very busy most peak hours. Lots of kids use the facility (as expected). Kids will sit on gym equipment chatting instead of working out though. Gym equipment is pretty old. Only two studios and if there are classes you cant use them. Great place for someone who has kids or is on a budget however.

  Just called a moment ago and Daniel answered the phone he was extremely rude and short and hung up the phone on me before I could finish speaking. When I called back he laughed. I was looking forward to enrolling my children in Summer Camp here but if you can’t even treat your callers with care how can I entrust my children to you. Then I looked at all the other one star reviews and notice a trend in poor customer service. This can be such an incredible place for the community I hope you make some necessary improvements!

  This place sucks hard. They CONSTANTLY schedule impromptu pool closures and special events that prevent paying members from using it, without adhering to their own aquatics schedule. They claim to email updates and notifications, but if you have a couples account, good luck ever getting them on 2 different email addresses. Today an individual was sleeping lengthwise on a locker room bench and the staff stared blankly at me when I complained and proceeded to do nothing about it. Shitty organization with shitty hours and management.
