Dr. Lubenow seemed very thorough in his approach to understand my issue, came up with a plan and we're starting to put it in place. My only issue was my appointment was at 2:00 and I wasn't brought back to see him until 3:35. We'll see what happens on the next appointment.

The entire staff are absolutely amazing!!!! They greet you as soon you walk in. I love how they remember your name and just make you feel welcome. Dr. Juarez is my guy. I’ve never had Doctors call me by name or even ask how I’m doing. But he takes the time to know you and ask how you’re feeling ? Great overall

I am new to this practice but a previous patient of Dr Lubenow’s. I can’t believe the wonderful communication this office has! They have been so kind and compassionate. Dr Lubenow is awesome. He’s very knowledgeable and skilled performing different pain procedures. He has a wonderful bedside manner too which is very important to me. I’m so happy I reconnected with him!

I had been seeing Dr T.Lubenow for over a decade for CRPS and small fiber neuropathy. At my new appointment at MAPS in May, he treated me with the same dignity and respect he always has. He listened to me about my most recent issues and remembered issues and surgeries we had done many years ago at his previous institution. Dr Lubenow is a wealth of information on CRPS. At my most recent appointment, he explained to my father in terms my dad could understand, that it was hereditary. I had never heard this before. My family and I have asked about all the treatments I am on and I have always asked him why he would choose the treatments he would like for me and he always explained very well. I always trust every treatment plan he has ever given me. The only difficult thing about MAPS, not Dr Lubenow, is you must see patients every 4 weeks and I travel 6 hours from KY. So it’s not only a very expensive, but a very difficult trip for someone with crps to do every month. Just letting anyone know who does not live in IL.
