Icing on the cake: it started pouring while I was there and after learning we walked, they gave us an umbrella. Nothing to do with my appointment -- just a really kind gesture!

We waited for over an hour after being told we were next after checked in. Within the first 20 minutes however someone that arrived after us was called back. I realize this is due to the Optometrist and not the front end, but waiting an hour to be seen for an appointment is a little much.
