I went to this location for the first time and had a great experience! It was so simple to book an appointment online and everything went so smoothly after. Every staff member I encountered was so professional and kind. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful with ways I could help improve my eye health. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back again!

Loved my experience at Lenscrafters! Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Really made my visit enjoyable and I appreciated Dr. Kowalski for his courtesy and professionalism. I love the glasses I picked out. They were ready on time and all is well. Overall, I couldn't be happier and look forward to being a repeat customer. Thanks again!

This has to be absolutely the worst experience I ever had with LensCrafters. I came to this location, three separate times and was not able to be serviced at first. They didn’t have any doctors in. Secondly, I was told a certain time for my appointment when I arrived I was told I missed it by 20 minutes because it was a miscommunication on the time that was given to me if you would like your time wasted repeatedly this is the location for you. If not, I do not recommend this location

BEST experience I’ve had at a store while in person, WORST experience I’ve had with a glasses ordered ever.
I really wanted to give this review five stars! And I would say that my three star review is less of a reflection of this specific store (that I would give five stars) and more of a warning to anyone ordering glasses through LensCrafters as a corporation (to whom I’d give zero stars). The associates and eye doctor at this store are great and I will definitely return for annual eye exams.
As for ordering glasses, I ordered a pair of prescription lenses and frames on April 19th and it is now May 27th and I have not received my frames and received no follow up from LensCrafters on why this is happening. I have called about five separate times now to play a game of my order being placed/replaced and continuously getting cancelled by their lab with no explanation. It seems like the issue of lab cancellation is out of the hands of the local store and the local store is also not getting notification of the cancellation so they have been unable to keep me updated and have to rely on me to call them and let them know that I still haven’t received my order (again, this seems to be a corporate issue and I want to be clear that this is not reflective of the staff in this particular store). After more research, it seems that I am not the only person this has happened to when purchasing from LensCrafters and some have had to go as far as disputing charges and insurance usage to be able to take their business elsewhere because they never successfully received an order. Just be aware.
But if you just need an eye exam, or feel like it’s worth the risk to purchase frames, highly recommend this location!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
