The girl Raleigh that helped us was just no help and such a negative attitude the moment we walked in. We were having trouble with our insurance, and we think that’s what triggered her from the beginning. NOT friendly. NO experience with customer service. And NOT welcoming at all. When we checked out I asked if she had my phone number on profile (so I would know when my glasses were ready) and she coldly stated it was on there. When I asked if she could double check, she proceeded again with the attitude!! As soon as our receipt printed she slammed the keyboard drawer shut. And proceeded to let us walk away without a “thank you for coming” or “have a nice day.” If you’re working with customers and insurance, you need to learn patience and how to talk and connect with your customers!!!
