Just went in to purchase some sunglasses. Tim working at a desk barely looked up and asked how he could help. I said I was long for a brand and style and he said “I don’t know if we have that it’s on the back wall do we do” then never followed up or offers to help as I was leaving dint even look up for a follow up. Not great customer service.

Jean helped get my new glasses fitted today free of charge! They are no longer sliding down my nose and the new nose pads are way more comfortable. Thank you!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses. The eye exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly. The store was clean and well-organized, with a wide selection of frames to choose from. I also appreciated how quickly my glasses were ready. Overall, excellent customer service and high-quality products. I would definitely recommend LensCrafters to anyone looking for reliable eye care and stylish eyewear.

I order my new glasses one week and they were back in one week. I left my frame because I loved my Ray Ban frames I got from Len Crafter two years ago. So I really needed my new lens speedily and it was done quickly. Thanks!

Not entirely sure if it’s driven by racism or just total lack of regard for customers but walked in, browsed for a bit and didn’t get any assist from the staff. Asked a tattooed man about my vision insurance and he said they didn’t take VSP and that only some plans had some options but basically stopped replying and went back to doing what he does. If there were some VSP plans that cover out of pocket, why wouldn’t you make any effort to help me look if I’m a potential paying customer? Felt disrespected and walked out.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
