First but not the worst was her breath as she conducted my rushed eye exam-- inexcusable unless something is medically wrong. Intuitively, I knew her exam was inaccurate and questioned it--she quickly dispelled my concerns and issued a rushed prescription. I picked out frames with the help of the staff which was initially nice and helpful. After multiple visits with Dr. Violi it was clear she could not issue an accurate prescription--she should have referred me to another doctor in her office and instead drew out a long combative process where she continued to misdiagnose my prescription. This resulted in a 5 month delay in getting my glasses and negative interactions with the support staff. If you must go to this location, and have a more complex prescription do not go to Dr. Federica Violi.

Trying somewhere else next time. Same type of BS response that will make me never come back. Wouldn’t recommend your eye exams. Many other options.
