  Rude and slow staff!!! Physician said I was not going to wait as a new donor and go in front of other people, but the other staff ignored what the physician said, waited 30+ minutes and people went ahead of me in the donor area!! After machine was done, took about 30 minutes for staff FINALLY come around to disconnect me!!! Donors have places to be, the staff is already at work but too busy socializing about their private lives instead of working at proper speed!!!!

  I honestly tried to not listen to any other reviews, but come on seriously, today was my first day and now I can’t go back till September which I won’t anyways because from now I’ll be losing my new donor bonus anyways, I don’t blame anyone specifically but ridiculous, they didn’t even attempt to restick me, someone just came up checked my other arm and “assumed” that I couldn’t use it when clearly I have at other centers, honestly just go to the neighboring centers and have better luck there, now I lost out on the bonus that could of been prevented if they had at least tried my other arm. Good employees don’t make up for a terrible experience. I have seriously never experienced such events in my life and it’s truly ridiculous that I’m blamed due to my diet when I’ve successfully donated at other centers for the past years. For people who have deep veins let them know ahead of time or you might be deferred too
