The rudest staff I have ever encountered everyone there couldn’t be bothered to even try to be a decent person and help someone in need everyone acting as if they having something better to do with their day I would not recommend this facility what so ever they are rude and the facility itself it’s dirty and nasty just like the staff F tier customer service

Never again. Wasted a whole day going through a new donor process. I have a blood sugar monitor on so my doc can get me in to see a nutritionist to get preapproved for a GLP. The doctor they called wanted me to go to my doctor and get a form filled that says I’m not a diabetic. Said doctor wasnt even in the office she said this view txt message. Never again. There is a griffols down the street you can donate at for less hassle.

Whoever is in charge of this place does a HORRIBLE job. This place has the longest waiting time of ANYWHERE, along with the largest waiting areas that they manage to keep packed. This place needs twice as many people on the floor. It's completely not worth the time. There are 3 other plasma centers not far (within a mile away) from this one who will have you in and out in LESS than 1/3 of the time you will spend here. Absolutely skip this place. There a several better options

Hi everyone, Sorry for my delay in describing the event. On Thursday evening, June 11th, 2026. I went in for my first donation out of two. I was assigned to Armando, who stuck me for the first time. I informed him that I had scar tissues and requested to be careful. He said okay and kept looking at the spot. He drove the needle in super hard, pulled in and out 4 times. Blood starting to leaked out of the needle point in my arm, and then my blood started to go down the line that connects to the machine. He didnt connect the tub in time, and blood started to spurt out onto the chair, my clothes, and all over my right arm. He caught it in time, but I was bloody all on my right arm. He halfway cleaned me up, but not fully. Told me to pump. He called for someone else to do a readjust. I sat there for 45 minutes with dry blood all over my arm and on the side of the chair to the floor. He walked away and said someone will be by to finish to clean me up when Im done. Finished the donation, he never came by to check in on me or say anything. All of other staff checked in on me. When I leaving, he just looked at me. I went home light-headed and sick. I passed out. Filed a complaint and have not heard back from corporate yet. Please be careful everyone. I went back in Saturday, he was still sticking in people. Doesn't seem like he has much experience and training him on the job rather than professional phlebotomy schooling. I feel like I am trying to be silence in this matter, but this is the experience. I had a lot of positive experience, but this employee, donors need to be careful of. I tried to address this with the organization directly, but Im being told not much can be done, so please be careful donors.

STAY AWAY! Horrible management and power-tripping security. My wife and I traveled all the way from Bellwood on the bus just for me to donate plasma, and we were met with nothing but disrespect and bad energy. The security guard, Shawn Davis (SCE), had a massive attitude, mocked us, and treated our arrival like a big joke. He then kicked my wife out of the building, forcing her to stand outside at the bus stop in the elements. When I brought this disgusting behavior to the leadership, Assistant Manager Patricia Cortina and Production Services staff member Vanessa M. did absolutely nothing. Instead of handling it like professional managers, they laughed it off, backed the guard, and allowed a donor's wife to be put out on the street. This place has terrible leadership and zero respect for donors who travel far to support them. Corporate compliance has been notified. Patricia, Shawn, and Vanessa all need to be fired or retrained immediately. Unacceptable!
