- HIHidemi Zoë Ihaza5 days ago1.0The non-doctor receptionist is highly unprofessional and misgendered me more than three times. The staff member also disallowed me from conversing with a pharmacist. The lack of humility resulted in the staff member not grappling with their own limitations as a non-medical expert. I intended to speak with a doctor who has extensive expertise. From my understanding, speaking on behalf of a licensed pharmacist without the credentials is fundamentally misguided. I value empirical, evidence-based medicine from vetted doctors. For context, the lack of decorum occurred today, 5/15/2026 at 5:33pm CT via phone. I would strongly recommend a mandated Performance Improvement Plan and DEI training. In the meantime, I will no longer use you all’s services.
