I live out of state and couldn't travel because of Covid, and the staff at Home Instead managed her transfer from skilled nursing home better than I would have done. Since then, they have provided professional, warm, and knowledgeable caregivers, who help with every aspect of my mother's life. They work to provide caregivers who meet the client's specific needs and personality. I could not manage without them. When I finally was able to travel to Chicago and meet them, I was even more impressed and relieved. They allow my mother to remain at home, as she wishes, and give me peace of mind.
