  Came in person, bought over $100 worth of things, but then after I paid I was told I couldn't have a grocery bag to carry my items because they were for members only 🤯. I told them that was messed up and that I couldn't carry the stuff without a bag and requested a refund. They refused to give me a refund and only then gave me a bag (literally just a plastic grocery bag, which is all I wanted). I've shopped here for years to support this local store but I will not be coming back after this treatment. Also, the reason I wouldn't give them my email address or phone number to become a member is because when I had previously done that years ago, GNC continuously sent me spam even after I told them to stop, and it was a PITA to get my info removed from their system so that they would stop sending me spam.

  Buddy puts up a "Back in 10 minutes"… it’s 40 minutes later, the door is still locked and he’s no where to be found.

  This is second time I am trying to buy something from this place and the store is closed during store hours. You can’t leave sign like this a leave the store for more than an hour during rush hour and when people get of from work. As a company GNC should be responsible for this. Loosing business big time

  Very bad knowledge of products. Will never buy from there. I have bought before but this time some big looking middle eastern guy put me off when I asked him about few products info. He lacks knowledge and was only interested in sales. I will go to other nearby GNC store where I have shopped before on State st.
