  Its unfortunate I have to write this review; but my hopes is it will bring a change for the better. On August 24th at approximately 3 pm I entered this GNC to return an item well within the 30 day return policy. I was told by representative Brittany that because I opened it I would not receive my entitled refund of 31.95 cents after she processed the return. When I asked her why did she refund me only 10 dollars and some change when policy says im entitled to a full refund; says I cant expect to use their products and get my money back because they can't resale it. How are you working as an agent for GNC and you don't even know your own return policy? The whole interaction was just schetchy and weird. I decided not to argue about what I was obviously owed and contacted customer service. What was supposed to have been a quick return turned into an almost 2 hour nightmare of talking online and by phone explaining to customer service what she did and them calling her at the store and her refusing to issue the refund! I literally had to drive back to the store during rush hour. When I entered she asked what did I want and when I told her I was entitled to my refund she raised her voice and made me uncomfortable in a room full of people telling me how im not getring anything back. Even after customer service called and explained to her I was entitled to it. She was rude, aggressive sounding, confrontational, and wrong. It was embarrassing to be made to feel as if I was a troublemaker in front of shoppers for asking back what I was due. Thankfully representative Joshua was present. Let me quickly tell you about Joshua: the entire time I was there he was professional, listened to what happened, and tried his best to correct the situation with customer service. He even called his regional manager, and another individual. Brittany called no one. When it was her I had the interaction with! In the end I received my refund thanks to Joshua and no apology for this ordeal.

  I absolutely love this GNC! The employees are always friendly, patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the products. Even when the item I come in for isn’t in stock—which unfortunately seems to happen pretty often—they always take the time to explain and recommend the next best option without making me feel rushed. The customer service here is definitely 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My only request is for GNC to PLEASE improve the inventory at this location and consistently supply the products customers are asking for. The employees are doing an amazing job with what they have—now GNC just needs to make sure they have the products to match the great service!

  we walked inside the GNC on 47 west 87th st at 2:48pm today to discover that the employees was not in the store we stood at the counter for at least 30 minutes waiting for someone to come and check us out
