  I had a 9:00am appointment. For eyes were not open when I got there. Once the young lady( Alante) arrived, she was very sweet and patient. Took care of me as soon as she could and customer service was top notch. I would be back, if I have to come back. Amazing job. I can’t wait to receive my glasses.

  Atlanta at the Evergreen location is a very professional, and knowledgeable eye care specialists. She made my experience a very positive one and I was honored to have her as my specialist. She guided me through the eye exam and helped me navigate the purchase of my much needed glasses. She is the reason for the 5 stars and she deserves much more.

  Unfortunately after my last visit I won’t return. Even during the virtual eye exam, the online technician, who looks at the results, not a doctor, made a major mistake. I knew something was wrong and after telling the doctor he reluctantly reexamined me, caught the mistake, and changed my prescription. I ordered glasses 3/26/26 they were supposed to be shipped to me. After two months I still hadn’t received them, last year it took over a month to receive my glasses so initially I didn’t worry. On 5/23/26 I called to find out what was going on and I was told I didn’t order any glasses. I was literally holding the receipt showing I paid for them. After explaining this, I was then told that no, I paid for the display pair of glasses. I explained to her that my insurance paid a portion of the frame and I paid for the difference so there was no way I would have received the display frame. She actually knew this because she is the one who ordered the glasses and who has helped me during my previous visits. I was then given the run around, told she would check and give me a call back. Of course, no one called. I called again 5/26 and was then told that there was a mistake and my glasses had been there the whole time. I asked why they weren’t shipped and if they were there why no one called, and she gave me no answer. Today, 5/27 I go to pick up the glasses and a young lady looks through the drawer and can’t find them. The other lady, who I will not name because in the past she has been helpful, but clearly she made the mistake as she was the one who was supposed to order my glasses, comes around and says oh no I put your glasses to the side. She then goes into another room and brings me a pair of glasses. I opened the package and it was very clear the glasses are not new. They are the display glasses. It is apparent because they are smudged with fingerprints on the lenses. I purchased one brand and she gives me glasses in a different brand case. I will not return to this location ever. Instead of just telling the truth, which is that the glasses were not ordered you give me a cheap, dirty, display pair that no one could even bother to wipe off before trying to pass them off as new. Mistakes happen so I would have been fine waiting for the pair that I ordered to come, but first telling me that I didn’t order anything, then telling me that there was a mistake and they were there all along. Finally giving me used display frames is really low. I will be reaching out to your corporate office.
