I had such a positive experience here! For years I've struggled with dry irritated eyes. I went to another Dr who prescribed eye drops that didn't work. Dr Thobani took the time to talk through every bit of my routine and it turns out I was using a couple of skin care products and eye drops that were actually making my dry eye worse. I changed to products she recommended and my dry eyes went away. She is extremely knowledgeable and so thorough. Couldn't recommend her enough.

Highly recommend this practice. Dr. Thobani is the rare combination of an excellent clinician who is not only efficient but warm and personable. All of my care is very well explained and I'm glad to have established a relationship with someone who can help me as my eyes continue to change with age.

I had a lovely experience at Eye Care by Design and look forward to making them my preferred optometrist moving forward. Their customer service was warm and kind, and they were graciously flexible with a last minute reschedule. The exam was great and seemed to use the latest in technology. Dr Thobani’s recommendations were informed, kindly delivered, and right on point. I felt like I was in great hands the whole time. They also have a small but fantastic collection of frames that will definitely tempt me to return. They are independently owned and supportive of other businesses in the neighborhood, which makes them feel like a real part of the community.

My first time visiting the office was today! She gave me very helpful information and was kind and courteous while doing so. No wonder she has Great reviews! She took time out of her busy schedule to assist me even though I booked the same day. I’d recommended her to anyone looking for a top tier optometrist..
