- VHVeronica HAug 25, 20265.0The eye exam was great, on time, thorough. The doctor was very good at explaining everything. A young woman checked me in and was very helpful and explained my insurance to me which I did not even know I had so my exam was zero dollars. I let her know I would need help picking out some glasses after the exam, but when I was done with my exam, she was not available, and there was an older woman. She did not have a very warm, friendly, helpful personality, and therefore it did not work out and I left without picking out glasses. She did print out for me my benefits for my insurance, which I greatly appreciated. One other younger man arrived while I was there, and he did not bother to jump in and make suggestions for options to try. I went a couple doors down to a competitor and was happily given the best customer service and ordered two pairs of glasses over there using my prescription printed out for me at checkout from LensCrafters.

Also the staff is really friendly and helpful. While a minor issue, I got home and realized I never got my prescription. I called and they wouldn't email the prescription to me but would give them over the phone. Yes, I should have remembered to get them before leaving but the staff should also make sure they give them to the customer (or at least offer to give them to the customer). But again, super happy with my experience especially with the Doctor.
