Unlike unsightly amalgam fillings, these fillings use a white resin material that matches your tooth. Because the tooth supports the filling, this procedure provides best results when the cavity size is small.
Inlays and onlays are restorations in which porcelain, gold or composite resin sections are bonded to the damaged area of a tooth. These are fabricated by a dental technician and require two appointments. Inlays lie inside the cusp tips of the tooth, while onlays cover one or more cusps of the tooth.
Bonding fixes chipped or cracked teeth. A plastic resin material is sculpted to the front surface of the tooth, then polished to match the shape and color of the adjacent tooth. This procedure can be completed in one appointment.
Dental implants are thin titanium posts which are surgically placed in the area of a missing tooth. After a period of healing, a crown is made and attached to the implant.
We offer a solution to replace the archaic method of using impression materials with the futuristic method of taking precise images of the mouth to communicate digitally with the dental lab that produces the restoration. Our digital scanner, the 3shape Trios, is the most accurate, fastest, and highest-quality scanner on the market. It enables a fast, comfortable scan of our patients' mouths and a precise image for our laboratory technician to create beautiful crowns, bridges, and implants that fit.
This two-minute exam could save your life. How many little sores do we find in our mouths? Dozens? Hundreds? More? Most of the time we ignore them and they simply go away. But sometimes our mouths keep secrets. That's why we use the VELscope Vx Enhanced Oral Assessment system. The VELscope Vx helps us improve our assessment of your overall oral health, ensure that the delicate tissues of your mouth are healthy, and protect you from oral disease, including oral cancer. All of this is done in two minutes, with no rinses, stains, or discomfort.
Based on your diagnosis, we may recommend laser dentistry, a high-tech approach that makes treatment more efficient and comfortable for many patients. Lasers are a safe and precise option for both for restorative and for cosmetic dental procedures such as tooth whitening. Benefits of laser dentistry include faster healing, reduced risk of infection and less pain both during and after the procedure. Because most laser dentistry patients don't require anesthetic, we'll be able to complete your procedure in less time. If you are interested in whether laser dentistry is right for you, just ask us. We will also be happy to answer any questions about how laser dentistry works with your insurance.
During the normal cleaning process, most patients will have some areas that may bleed. Present bacteria in our mouths will flow into the blood stream and sometimes settle in weakened areas of our body such as damaged heart valves or artificial knee or hip, etc. Latest research shows oral pathogens have now been linked to a number of other diseases such as cardiovascular disease, rheumatoid arthritis, low birth weight babies, diabetes, etc. Needless to say anything that we can do to reduce or eliminate these bacteremias is positive for our patients.
ClearCorrect clear aligners straighten teeth invisibly, without metal braces. As a dental lab, ClearCorrect makes aligners based on a doctor’s prescription. If you’re a good candidate for clear aligners, your doctor will take photos and x-rays, use a scanner or impressions to capture the shape of your teeth, and submit your prescription to ClearCorrect. We’ll make a series of aligners customized to apply pressure to the teeth that you want to move. Your doctor will check your progress and give you new sets of aligners every 4–6 weeks. You’ll wear the aligners for at least 22 hours per day, progressing through each step until your treatment is done.
Only a dental professional can get your teeth their whitest. Over-the-counter products can't match the power of professional whitening, the science of advanced formulas, or the security of knowing your dental professional has the knowledge to make whitening its safest. Over 4 million patients have whitened to a beautiful white smile with Philips Zoom. Perhaps you're going on a job interview, a first date, or making a big presentation. Or maybe you're approaching a milestone and want to look your best. Whatever it may be, whitening is an easy way to boost your self-confidence. Knowing your smile looks its best makes you want to smile more. And when you smile, the whole world tends to smile right back.
Periodontal disease, or gum disease, is the most common cause of adult tooth loss. Healthy teeth are important, but you also need healthy gums to support them. You can help prevent gum disease by brushing and flossing daily, as well as by visiting your dentist regularly. But if you already have signs of periodontal disease, we can treat you with ARESTIN, an antibiotic powder that is applied to your gums during periodontal procedures. Specially formulated to release over time, ARESTIN continues to fight gum infections for up to 21 days after the procedure. Combining ARESTIN with periodontal treatments at Dental Innovation will help us do everything we can to save your smile.
To protect your teeth from unusual athletic trauma or excessive snoring, Dental Innovations can custom fabricate a special mouth guard for each problem. Dr. Murray will determine which guard is best suited for you, utilizing leading dental laboratories.
A veneer is a thin layer of porcelain placed around a tooth to fix a gap, stain or fracture. The tooth needs only minimal preparation. This procedure requires two appointments.
A crown is a restoration that covers or caps a tooth that was severely damaged by decay or fracture to restore it to its normal shape and size. A crown can be created with gold, porcelain or tooth-colored composite material. This restoration requires two appointments.

Dr. Murray and his team restored my trust in going to the dentist. After a bad experience elsewhere, I came to Dental Innovations on my family’s recommendation and immediately felt at ease. Dr. Murray was honest, conservative in his approach, and never pushed unnecessary work.
I needed two crowns and was nervous, but he and his staff were kind, patient, and walked me through everything. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a dentist’s chair and truly appreciate the excellent care I received.

I have been seeing Dr. Murray for 12+ years. He and his staff might be some of the most professional, knowledgeable, and kind people in the industry! While at college I did not take care of my teeth, and was very worried to see a dentist again. But when I returned and saw Dr. Murray and his team, they helped me to work on a personal plan to get my oral hygiene back on track. My teeth are the healthiest they've ever been! They even taught me the reason behind all of the things they are doing to reinforce good habits and to encourage me to take an active role in my own oral health. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Murray, Angie, and the whole Dental Innovations team!

My family has been going to Dental Innovations and working with Dr Murray and his staff for several years. I have nothing but good things to say. Just had a crown replaced and it was a great experience compared with past dentists. This is the best dental practice I have every experienced hands down!
