Claire L’s class is always fun and creative. I appreciate the show of authenticity. And it’s clear that lots of effort and thoughtfulness went into preparation. Feedback is welcomed and incorporated. One example that has stayed with me, was when she connected holding an awkward pose with learning to sit with discomfort. That insight has stayed with me off the mat, reminding me that discomfort is a normal part of trying new things. Most recently I came to class unprepared after a hectic morning and Claire expressed compassion toward my situation and I left class feeling that much more connected to the community. I recommend her class and will continue to return. Since I can’t post two reviews :( Here’s the other one. When I don’t work on Tuesday’s I make it a point to take Olivia Ko’s 6:30am C2. The slow, chill vibe, along with the sequencing style are why I keep coming back. The only notes I have are related to the extra high volume of the 5:45am sculpt (to a lesser extent the 7am). There’s noise to be expected— then there’s Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, it’s been jarring every time. I love taking the morning C2 class :-) But, as a student in an overlapping C2 it’s highly distracting. If there’s any way to mitigate the sound (gentle suggestion to the 5:45am Instructor or room change) I know I’d have a better experience and I know that I am not alone. Olivia has been mindful and patient the multiple times I have attended even though it’d be easy to be thrown off. C2 can serve as a sanctuary from the outer and inner noise and this class continues to meet that need. I recommend this class and will continue to return when I can.

Just moved to uptown from NYC. Came for the restore yoga and the door was locked and there is no way to enter or call anyone or any type of reception. Unfortunately i donated to an inaccessible organization. Is this even a real yoga studio? Its giving Truman show. So turned off by locked doors when my heart was ready for a neighborhood yoga class. Guess thats my sign not to practice here. Went to montrose beach and found a tree to do my practice under 🧘🏾‍♀️

Katie and Nathan G are amazing teachers. Nick D has quite a few retraining opportunities.

"Extremely disappointed with this location. I took a Hot- Yoga class here, but it wasn't yoga at all—it was a high-intensity fitness workout with weights. If you are looking for authentic yoga, mindfulness, and proper asanas, avoid this place. On top of that, the room was completely unventilated. The windows are sealed shut and the air felt heavy and dirty, as if the room hadn't been aired out in years. It felt unsafe and suffocating. To make matters worse, they charge $4 to rent a yoga mat without any prior warning in the confirmation emails. Terrible facilities and misleading class names. Will not be back."
