- FMFrank MeyerhoferOct 17, 20265.0Great studio ! I am visiting from out of town and decided to walk an hour to see the city and do a yoga class ! I love doing this when I travel . I booked online they knew who I was when I arrived. The views of the city were an unbelievable 360 view ! I did the CPF class and the teacher was amazing offering all levels of each pose along with great music and clear instructions ! Highly recommend and next time I visit chicago I will go back 100 % 😃
- NWNye WestSep 28, 20265.0I had my **first yoga class last week with Andrea, and she was absolutely amazing!** From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Even during her lunch break, she took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the class to me. During class, I became nauseous and dizzy, and Andrea immediately took care of me, checked on me, and gave me one-on-one encouragement and support. Her kindness, patience, and attentiveness truly stood out. I had previously come in with questions and was told by another instructor, Chris G., to come back another time because he was off the clock. I completely understand that, but Andrea's willingness to take a few minutes during her lunch made such a difference. **Andrea provided exceptional service and made my first yoga experience a great one. I truly appreciate her and will definitely be back!** 💜

She approached me about the buddy pass limit(where I could only bring the same guest 5 times), which I had never been made aware of despite bringing guests in the past. I understand policies need to be enforced, but her condescending and dismissive tone was completely unnecessary. I pay too much for a CorePower membership to be spoken to that way. The experience was upsetting enough that I canceled my membership today. CorePower needs to do better when it comes to how employees communicate with members.
