A couple of the teachers here are truly the best in the city and maybe state (I say this as a yoga teacher with over a decade of experience teaching myself.) That said, the one star reflects customer service that seems to be getting poorer by the day. Today’s incident: I showed up late for the Monday 12 pm due to the diabolical parking situation (which apparently comes with getting yelled at by the valet guy— see other reviews) and the girl who worked the front desk had the biggest attitude when I politely asked if I could still attend class at 12:06… literally yelled at me. Like girl… it was just a question, take a breath. I wouldn’t write a review if this was a one off situation… but the management is consistently rude and I’ve had more than one interaction with staff that has truly made me gasp. I ended up cancelling my membership because of a few interactions like this— which really sucks because some of the teachers are truly phenomenal at the Lakeview location (Gabby, Tyler, Danielle, Isabella).

This review/score is specifically for Natalie M. I took core power 1 with her and she is such a fantastic instructor! Great flow, clear direction, perfect anticipatory guidance, and fantastic vibes. Def recommend her class if you’re looking for your body and mind to feel great Edited to add: I’m seeing people complain about the mats smelling off and it’s absolutely true — I usually bring my own mat and would recommend you do the same

The only thing I seem to stick with year after year after year: Friendly instructors and challenging workouts.
