Lisa, the owner, and all of the instructors are wonderful, but Angelica and Bailey were my go-to instructors and always made class something I looked forward to. I honestly got through the postpartum period because of Barre3. Their child watch program was invaluable, and it allowed me to prioritize my physical and mental health while knowing my son was well cared for. I also ended up bringing several friends to Barre3 because I loved it so much. The workouts are incredibly effective, but what truly sets Barre3 apart is the warm, welcoming community they've built. Everyone is so kind, encouraging, and supportive. We recently moved out of state, so I had to stop going, and it's one of the things I miss most about Chicago. I only wish there were a Barre3 where we live now. I'll miss Lisa, the instructors, and the entire Barre3 community!
