Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
I absolutely adore this place. I recently started getting my life together and was trying to find ways to be more active and found this gorgeous women-friendly space. I absolutely love that most of the attendees and all the instructors are women, it feels like there's not many spaces like that in the city. I've gotten so much more stronger, flexible, and happier since I've started incorporating barre at least once a week (when I can!). Also, recently went to the doctor and noticed improvements in blood work and my blood pressure and this is the only exercise I've been doing with regular walking! I'm happy to have found a form of exercise that makes me grateful and appreciative of how much my body does for me. Special shoutout to Sophia - she's incredible and I love her classes the most! The staff at the front desk are also wonderful - very kind, attentive and genuinely want to make you feel comfortable. So grateful, just completed my 10th class today and will be returning! 🎉❤️

I’ve only recently been going to barre3 (old enough to remember when it was BarreCode) and the best part is the little thank you emails the instructors write (or automate) after your class. It’s such a nice touch!

The Barre Code is the best! As someone who is new to working out, I really appreciate the class structure and how the instructors are there to help you every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve been coming to the barre code in Lakeview for 6 years now and I highly recommend it! I’ve tried a few other barre studios, but the barre code is the best by far. They focus on what you can “gain” through exercise as opposed to what you can lose, and I love that mentality. The teachers are all super friendly and always have fresh new routines so class never feels repetitive. They also offer classes outside of just barre, like their kickboxing, bootcamp and strength training classes, so you can take a variety of classes there too which is great for switching things up. If you’re looking to try out a barre studio in Lakeview, this is the place to go!
