    They charged my credit card 500 dollars and told me it was for an unpaid balance 10 months after my last visit! I was never sent an invoice, text, email, or called before this. When I started treatment I was told I had an upfront fee and then my insurance covered the rest. Apparently my last two weeks of visits created an unpaid balance but my months of treatment before that point did not. It is all so slimy and deceptive and never once was any of this communicated to me before they charged my card…10 months after I stopped.

    I started seeing Elizabeth at Sports and Ortho in October 2025 for tendinitis in my shoulder. It had been bothering me for months and I didn’t think it would get better. After seeing Elizabeth, I started seeing improvement and now I have no pain anymore. I am so grateful for the staff here, especially Elizabeth and Ben, who have made the experience easy and enjoyable. Will miss yall fr😭

    After just one month of treatment, my back and shoulder pain have improved significantly. Dr. Schey and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to each patient’s needs. Ximena, Carina, Carlos, Shaniya, and the entire staff create such a welcoming environment and make every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend this chiropractic office to anyone looking for effective treatment and compassionate care!
