  Daniela! Was beyond AMAZING!!!!!! I came in to get my glasses repaired. She fixed them like new in no time. I’m so impressed with this place. I won’t go anywhere else. I’m so thankful for the team and the doctor. He’s phenomenal!! Thank you to Andrew!!!

  Disrespectful management and poor customer service — Chicago Ridge I'm writing this as both a customer and a former optician with experience at multiple optical offices in the Chicago area. I have never seen customers treated the way I was treated here. I was referred to LensCrafters through CEDA, a nonprofit agency, as part of the OneSight / Give the Gift of Sight charitable program. As a former frame stylist, I know these programs often have specific frames set aside — sometimes in a separate tray — and I've always helped recipients find the right fit with dignity. My appointment was 9/15/26 at 12:00 PM and ran over 30 minutes late with no acknowledgment or apology. I heard the doctor bring another patient back at 12:10 PM. I had to check on my appointment status myself. The manager, Gina, was dismissive and hostile from the start. When I asked about the program frame tray, she responded with "hold on one minute" in a nasty tone. She never asked my name, whether I had an appointment, or if I was a walk-in. She looked at me with visible disgust, as if I were an inconvenience. I tried to explain the program to her, but she made no effort to check my chart or help me. When the frames brought out were too small for my face, I asked to see more. She flatly refused — no explanation, no offer to measure my face or ask my size. She then had to ask her boss/ manager, Kathy, to bring me additional frames, which tells me there's no proper system in place for program frames or sizing. A team member, Elizabeth, witnessed this and confirmed Gina was the manager. I raised my concerns with Kathy at checkout. She apologized but gave no indication she would address Gina's behavior. When I said I would contact corporate, she looked completely unbothered. That tells me this culture of disrespect is tolerated by management. I also was not offered my prescription despite completing a paid eye exam because the program states I can't receive it, and I was never told what lens treatment I was receiving — I had to ask. I was told "just plastic" by Kathy. Gina wore no name tag, while Kathy and Elizabeth both wore theirs. I've worked in optical offices and have always treated charitable program recipients with dignity. No one should be made to feel lesser for receiving assistance through a nonprofit program. Do not shop at this location unless you're okay with poor customer service and disrespectful management.

  I felt the eye exam was extremely thorough, and afterwards Laura, was fantastic in helping me to select my eyewear. I was extremely appreciative of the entire experience.

  Got two annoying calls to confirm my appointment. Showed up to my appointment 20 minutes early. Asked to order my glasses before the appointment while I waited. Was told don't worry it's all good to go. Still waiting for technician 30 minutes after my appointment time. At this point it's been an hour of sitting around. I then leave and and call the store to just have them use my prescription from last year and to order the glasses. Got told I have to come back just to order them. This place is an unorganized disaster.
