Staff lacked product knowledge. I asked where I could find clear protein and had to explain what it is. The employee tried to convince me “Clear” is a brand while showing me MyProtein products, which was incorrect. I would expect better training and familiarity with the products offered.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this GNC for a while now, but today was the last straw. I stopped in quickly to grab a pre-workout — a simple, 10-minute trip. Instead, I ended up standing in line for 30 minutes while the employee was just setting up the register. No urgency, no acknowledgment, nothing.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced slow service here. I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt, but I’m done. There are too many other options for me to keep wasting my time. I won’t be coming back.

Went in there for one thing and came out with a gentle reminder. I believe the associates name is Kevin( according to my receipt).The positivity that young man brings to the store customers is beyond what his job requires. He is definitely one of those people in the world that spread kindness wherever he goes I'm sure. GNC keep him and treat him well.

Came in today 11/28/2025 to buy some pre workout and had a very bad and questionable experience with Fanessa at the front counter, from the get go it seemed she wanted it to be known she was trying to sell me the $9.99 membership and coming in today for black friday she told me the only way to get the "buy 1 get 1 50%" deal is by buying the membership she was selling, right away I knew she was wrong as I was going to purchase online rather than come in person, when I told her she was wrong she continued to try and sell that to me and proceeded to come off as upset and rude that I did not want to purchase it, I understand working in sales you want to sell as much as you can but blatantly lying and disrespecting your customers decisions is not the way to do so, even making a slick remark after the transaction, Do better.

Everytime I come in here the short old lady has an awful attitude , extremely condescending and today she refused my GNC gift card that says is valid in any store because she can’t figure out her own system ! Shut this place down or get new management !
