I’m all about giving grace, but if their own policy says we have to arrive 10 mins early and if we are late 15minutes, they will cancel and charge you a $50 fee…but will go ahead and make YOU wait long times is not okay. This has happened way too many times and I have one session left, it’s not even worth it. I walked out because no one even checked me after 30 mins and her office phone was ringing nonstop with no one to answer. Truly not okay.

I originally called to set up an appt for my husband for a physical but in the process of determining insurance eligibility, I discovered that his union offers free physicals and lab work through the wellness center associated with his union. I immediately called back Star Care Family Wellness and cancelled his appt. I have been receiving statements ever since for a $50 charge for failure to cancel. The first time I received one I called and told them that whoever took my call for cancelation obviously never documented it. I now just received a second statement for $50 which I called about once again. What a complete hassle and we arent even a patient. Can you only imagine what billing concerns we could have potentially had if we became a patient!! This office needs to hold their employees accountable for the gross negligence on several occasions and people need to do their jobs.
