- GWGuixiu Chen (Windy)6 days ago3.0The eye doctor was very nice, professional, and helpful, and we were happy with the eye exam itself. However, we felt uncomfortable during checkout. The staff member at the register kept trying to sell us glasses even after we showed that we were not interested. My husband especially felt pressured and like he wasn’t being given enough space to make his own decision. We understand that recommending products is part of the business, but we don’t like aggressive upselling. We would have had a much better overall experience if the checkout process had been more relaxed and respectful of our decision.

Now, mind you I've been a patient at this licationfor at 3 years or more. So, with that being said. She didn't take the time to thoroughly look up my information. She just typed my name and seen nothing show uo and said you would have to pay because you have no insurance. I stated to her I've been here for 3 years or more and nothing has changed with my insurance. Instead, of her going back to double check her attitude was you can figure it out yourself. Another, coworker stepped in and agreed to tell me the same thing before both trying to figure the problem it caused me to have a different perception of customer service their. Customer service is what makes most companies flourish. Key take away, be careful who you allow to be the first impression.
