- ONOliver Noel3 days ago5.0Lots of expert knowledge here. Be prepared for a wait. This place values quality over quantity. That means an overflow of costomers and a few staff. So bear with it it's worth it.
- PKPerception is keySep 19, 20261.0Cutomer service needs work as they are curt. Bordering on snobbish.
- BZBrittany ZumwaltSep 13, 20265.0The pricing was amazing compared to the competitors and you actually see a real doctor not a computer
- UUUNSEEN USASep 8, 20265.0Optometrist is excellent, working with the other employees not so much, prices are attractive
- CMChell MSep 5, 20261.0Great doctor but front staff is rude and you wait over hour to pick up glasses. They sign people in but take people that come after you. If you question why they did that. You get told you are yelling and have to wait for another employee. I did not raise my voice and firmly asked the question and said the apology didn’t matter. Just fix the problem and give me my glasses. This us not the first time this has happened to me. Will be the last time i deal with the retail part of Champaign IL Eyemart Express.
