  The front lady appears to be dissatisfied with her job and exhibits rude behavior. It is advisable to refrain from seeking assistance with brandie, as she has shown a lack of politeness. It is possible that she may be experiencing some mental health challenges. I wish her a speedy recovery. if you wanna go eye mart make sure you don't deal with brandie

  UPDATED, I came in for my appointment today May 28, at 4:30 PM. I spoke with the manager and she offered no explanation and just said she and BRANDY and were the only ones working. No apology , no excuses etc. for Brandy's rude behavior. I refuse to purchase eyeglasses from this establishment. However, the optometrist was more than professional. But looking at other reviews, this is apparently not the first time Brandy has offended customers or been blatantly rude. So you lost $400 in retail sales because of Brandy. However, my optometry appointment went very well. NOTE: This happened today at 10:00 AM May 27th. The ladies in the optometrist office were great. HOWEVER the younger woman at the front desk in the retail eyeglass section (mid 30's brunette ) was extremely rude and nasty. Definitely needs an attitude adjustment. She was unfriendly and unhelpful when I walked in and told me to go talk to the optometrist because it wasn't her job. Just a horrible experience all around. Rude and unprofessional behavior. I definitely will continue to see the optometrist, but will never purchase glasses from you guys. Horrible experience all around.

  Doctor is good but very very bad service specially from the front lady so name called brandy !!! Keep doing this and no one will ever visit the store you are working...

  Hello, I have never written a negative review for any organization, cause i work in (IT/ software section) i respect every organization ..but this place has forced me to do so. Do not misunderstand; the doctor is excellent, and I have no complaints about him. I have known him since 2019, but the staff here is extremely rude, and I am certain it is due to discrimination based on race. I am 100% certain that the lady in question, whose name is Brandy, should never be dealt with. I had an eye check-up with the doctor, and I felt a little more uncomfortable with his prescription. The power of my prescription made me feel uneasy, so I called them, and someone told me to wear it for a few days to adjust it. If that did not work, I should come back again, and they would adjust it or recheck it. However, even after wearing it for a few days, I still see double and blurry. So, I went to the store after four days of wearing the prescription, and it was still uncomfortable. When I went to the store and told them all the situation, the African American lady at the back room told me to talk to the front desk because they needed to adjust the frame or glasses. These African American ladies are amazing; their service was serious and polite. However, the front desk is the worst, especially Brandy. They should have adjusted her when I first saw her. Why did they tell me to talk to the doctor & also can't do nothing even i ask her my past prescription details she ignore that as well. I will not go to her anymore. I swear to God, I will not go here anymore! I like the doctor here; he is professional and really great. I have been wearing his prescription since 2018, never had this problem. but the discrimination service by Brandy hurt my feelings very badly. I will not go here again, and I am a US citizen. Before you treat someone else like that, please remember, do not judge a book by its cover. Thank you!
