- NDN DJul 20, 20211.0I honestly feel that giving this company one star is giving them too much credit. They are extremely unprofessional and very unorganized. Not only did Megan and Tamyra Tillman both lie about trying to contact me but they were not helpful at all on trying to resolve any issues with me getting managed care for my loved one when we needed them the most. They gravely lack empathy and dropped the ball when it came to helping me get the help for my loved one. Tamyra didn't reply to emails, respond to Voice-mails or return calls. In fact, she placed me on hold for 90 minutes at the end of her workday then completely ignored my emails when I tried to follow up with her. I feel as though they took our personal information for nothing and I would never refer their services to anyone. This has been a horrible experience.
