- NNNickApr 13, 20262.0I am a middle aged male who have received good service from the staff at this facility. However,there is only one issue i would like to address. There is one black male named Calvin who consistently creates a loud, hostile and uncomfortable enviroment for the patients during treatments. He can be heard threatening and mocking patients during a vulnerable time(dialysis). He openly uses vulgar language and makes offensive comments and threats of harm while patients are receiving their treatments. This behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in this type of environment. We are all here for the necessary treatment of our health. We should be able to receive treatment in a safe and peaceful environment free from ridicule. This issue is ongoing and needs to be resolved.
