Then the receptionist gave away my appointment to someone else that walked in off the street. Then when finally someone noticed me at 1:15pm I was told to wait till the next available appt and that I should have said something.

I purchased my glasses from a different Lens Crafter but he assisted me and explained to me I can go to any store to get assistance. They all were very nice and it’s a really nice location that’s closer to me so I will be back. Thanks Anthony!!
