  I have had a phenomenal experience getting braces as an adult at this practice. I have a history of dental trauma and the staff here were very understanding and patient with me, explaining what they would do before they did it. When I had a chain break unexpectedly, they were able to fit me in same day to repair it. I never had to wait for a long time for my appointment to begin. Most appointments were in and out in no time, the only longer ones were the ones I was forewarned would be longer. The staff are all amazing and kind, it's very easy to get on with literally everybody at this office. I really enjoyed being able to be treated by Dr. Ben and Dr. Kristina, it never felt like a dreaded chore like some dr experiences can be. Billing is very simple and they'll set up a payment plan with you. I had an unexpected insurance change early on in my treatment and the office staff was really awesome with working on that with me. The office itself is set in a building with other medical offices. It's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking and seating in the waiting room. It is on the second level with both easy stair and elevator access. I will be having my children go here when they're ready for braces and highly recommend this office to everybody. You will not regret coming here. 10/10 do recommend

  Great service and advice. Was told my son needed braces by other practitioners. Dr Ben said it wasn’t necessary other than small cosmetic improvements. When my twin girls needed an ortho consultation, I knew who to call!

  Rosen Orthodontics in Buffalo Grove did an outstanding job with my son’s teeth. The entire braces process was excellent—from the first consultation, to scheduling, all the way through the end of treatment. Everything was well-organized and stress-free, and it was truly a pleasure working with their team. I would highly recommend them.
