She was kind and super-helpful with identifying changes to my prescription, as well as with advising me on the status of my cataracts, retina health, etc. Sultan the Store Manager was professional, kind, competent, and also super-helpful in selecting frames and lenses (in my case, replacement progressive sunglasses and 2nd pair of progressive eyeglasses). Thank you to Dr. Kugel and Sultan for your excellent work and your help with vision assessment and eyeglasses. It takes several weeks for the eyeglasses order to arrive at the store, and I assume all will go well (as it has before at this store - my wife and I are long-time customers at this store).
