I was greeted warmly upon arrival, my appointment was quick and efficient, and the process of ordering my contacts and getting new frames + lenses was unbelievably easy. Dahlia was an absolute godsend and helped me pick frames that not only suited my face but would accommodate my (insanely high) prescription without being too heavy or uncomfortable. We had such a delightful conversation during the ordering process that truly warmed my heart. Anyone who is lucky enough to have a moment to chat with her and be helped by her should consider themselves very blessed! She is so knowledgable and kind and made something as simple as picking out glasses a fun and memorable experience. I have consistently received wonderful service at this location and have zero plans to go anywhere else for the foreseeable future. Thank you, Dahlia, for the conversation, the assistance, the guidance, and the smiles! And thank you Dr. Jager for your swiftness and kindness! It does not go unappreciated!
