  Both hygienists and staff were friendly, knowledgable and informative. Joyful Smiles is a family friendly dentist office specializing in treating children. The treatment spaces are cleaned promptly after each use. The aesthetics offer a child friendly environment without the scary cold hospital feel. Have a joyful smile!

  I absolutely loved this dentist office from the moment I stepped in the door. From the decor and interactive lobby to the televisions playing child friendly movies. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, and informative! Jen was a gem helping to keep my kiddo calm and engaging at our first visit and I appreciate how thorough the dentist was along with her professionalism, care, and concern!

  They were so great with my kids! (2 & 4) They were so gentle and made sure my kids were comfortable with everything that was going on. My oldest has a little cavity in the back molar and they were so gentle and reassuring while talking care of it. Plus the toys are really cool and my kids really look forward to the dentist. I'm so glad there is a place like this in the area. The staff really made sure I was comfortable with everything that happened and made me feel like I had some control over my children's dental health plan.

  Friendly faces, and nice staff.. that’s about all this place has going for it. Brought my 3 year old daughter here in 2024 for a cleaning and exam. She needed some extensive work so we went ahead and got that scheduled. It was clear and brought up by me at that 1st appointment she was speech delayed for her age so I was completely taken back when we returned for her work to be done and they asked me to stay in the waiting room.. that was not long lived as she started crashing thrashing and having a melt down.. so I was then asked to come back.. we tried our best to make it work but the nurse and the doctor would NOT drop the papoose. After about 5-10 minutes of arguing with them how I felt that was not a smart idea with an already upset and agitated child with verbal delays.. I’m not trying to cause lifelong dental trauma. They still were insisting on the papoose so I grabbed my daughter got a refund for the services we weren’t able to receive and left.. fast forward to 2 days ago when I’m getting a debt collection from joyful smiles dental for $54.. mind you everything is paid out of pocket at time of service prior.. sure enough I give the office a ring and the financial women says verbatim “it seems this charge happened because of failure to make an appointment-“ I cut her off before she could even say anything else and said it back to her “so you just stated this charge occurred because of failure TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT” she “uhh umm ugh I mis-spoke! It was because of failure to cancel an appointment”.. I assure you after having 2 grown women argue about straight jacketing my verbally delayed emotionally distraught 3 year old down.. I did NOT make another appointment at this practice nice try though. And now that I’m reading other reviews with similar stories a fraud it only confirms even more this is not just a me thing but a very clear office issue.. and exactly like I pointed out to her funny I got the office Christmas cards and office updates of doctors leaving and coming.. but never once did I receive a bill for the $54.
