- KNKathleen NelsonDec 3, 20255.0Dave and Ann (Bourbonnais, IL) are wonderful! They are friendly, attentive and accommodating, and they treat you like family. I tried another hearing aid provider a couple years ago and besides not being as happy with the hearing aids, I really missed Dave and Ann. They add a very personal touch along with excellent service that really sets them apart from the others. I hope they are with Miracle Ear for a very long time.

- DMdeb MorrisFeb 21, 20191.0I went to Miracle-Ear because they advertise a Free hearing test/screening. Absolutely no stipulations or restrictions are listed anywhere visible. I went to the Bourbonnais il location. The staff was very nice. The consultant asked me a few questions. After he was done with the questions, he told me if I answered "yes" to any of the questions he couldnt run the test! I had several "yes" answers. They do NOT advertise that! They advertise a Free hearing test period! I was very disappointed. I only have Medicare and Medicaid. They dont take that so I really needed that free test. All he did was look in my ear with a scope. I did not get my free test! When I got home I called their customer service number 15 minutes before they closed. They had me on hold for 10 minutes. Then with 5 minutes to go a computer automated recording said it was after hours! That didnt go over well with me either. I will be calling them tomorrow. The free screening with no advertised stipulations seems like false advertising to me. If you go here know there are apparently unadvertised stipulations to that Free Test.
