This latest shopping experience was beyond stellar. Jake helped me with his honest opinions of frame styles and colors and offered suggestions that were extremely helpful. He spent time pulling styles from all over the store. I didn’t have my prescription with me, so I had to go back. When I went back, he was at lunch, but Emily, store manager stepped in, found all 3 of the frames I had picked out and fitted me with my prescription. I can’t say enough good things about the LensCrafters in Bourbonnais IL and their staff. Buying glasses can be a stressful situation, they are expensive and you have to wear them every day!
