  I’ve been trying to find a place who will fix my sunglasses, as the screw fell out, and every where I’ve gone they weren’t able to fix them. Until I stopped into Pearl Vision in Bolingbrook and was greeted by Sultan! Sultan kept at it until he found the right screw and fixed my sunglasses. Such a kind, funny and caring professional.   Came here to get my glasses replaced due to breaking my other pair. sultan was such a wonderful help with getting me a new pair within the day and i know no place that could do it. amazing service from picking a frame i want and looks nice to wonderful conversation and how fast service i got thank you so much.

  **Terrible Service from Jennifer, Outstanding Rescue by Sultan!** I recently bought a new pair of Meta glasses, but they arrived with noticeable scratches and damage. I immediately emailed photos of the defects and followed up with a phone call the next day. That’s when I dealt with Jennifer, who offered nothing but excuses. She actually tried to claim that because I didn't buy the thinnest lenses, that was the reason the frames were all scratched up. I’ve been wearing glasses my entire life, and that makes absolutely no sense, lens thickness does not cause structural damage and scratches to a brand-new frame. To make matters worse, she told me she would look into it and give me an update. Two weeks went by, and I heard absolutely nothing back. Complete ghost town. Thankfully, my experience completely turned around when we worked with SULTAN. He assessed the damage, took one look at the issue, and immediately replaced the frames right then and there. I was out the door in less than 15 minutes with a perfect pair of glasses. That is exactly how customer service is supposed to work! You stand by the quality of your products and fix mistakes without making excuses. Thank you, Sultan, for saving the day and actually knowing how to treat a customer!
