  I live in Naperville. Went to the Pearl in Bolingbrook. Jenitta was the best. She knew exactly what she was talking about. Her recommendations were great!! I went to pick them up. I met 2 of sweetest cashiers. One young lady cleaned my glasses and tightened them. Great customer service!!

  Sultan was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful! He took the time to adjust and fix my glasses so they fit my face perfectly and felt much more comfortable. He was patient, professional, friendly, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. His customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciate the care and attention he provided. Thank you, Sultan, for such a great experience!

  This place is the worse. But if you're that desperate ask for your receipt, follow up and make sure you get what you pay for. Be patient because it takes 3 weeks to get trials, oh and you may not get what you picked so take a picture of your glasses their pricing doesn't match what they advertise and they'll blame everything on you because, "they weren't there." $954 for glasses and contacts with insurance but the "Versace frame," cause my lenses was more cause I asked for more! But last yes I paid $300 for Burberry and contacts? It's not mathing?

  Sultan is passionate about making sure your in-store experience is pleasant. He helped me and my wife, Sue, with our new glasses. I had picked out a frame that required a thicker lens unbeknownst to me. He brought this to my attention and recommended a different frame. Sue immediately liked the new frame better. I'm very happy with the service he provided.

  I had such a great experience with Sultan at Pearle Vision! I walked in with my barely 3-month-old glasses after the lens popped out for the second time. Sultan not only fixed them but took the time to show me the proper way to put on and take off my glasses which apparently was the culprit! 😅 He was professional, friendly, patient and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated the excellent service and the mini glasses lesson too. Thank you, Sultan!
