Greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in the door and could not have been more helpful. I had recently gone to a different location to have my glasses adjusted, but they turned out wonky. Let me preface this with, I’m an obnoxious level of perfectionist (can’t help it 😬), and after explaining just one time what was wrong with the previous adjustment, Hayad fixed them to PERFECTION! Coming from me, to be that pleased is unheard of. She even identified an additional issue, corrected it, AND replaced my case with one that actually fit the glasses. I’ll be making the one hour drive to this store from now on. Highly highly highly recommend this location. Hopefully you’ll get lucky enough to work with Hayad! Thank you so much!!!
