- MBMary BuffoSep 23, 20265.0I've always struggled with my weight - loosing and then gaining but never being successful. This is the first program that I have to say has been easy. I've changed my eating habits based on the Medi program guidelines and it doesn't feel like I'm denied the foods I love. It's just been a year, and overall I am delighted with the Medi program. I'm down almost 30 pounds with about 15 to go. This time I'm going to make it to my goal and will keep it off. I especially like having the medical support as I loose and their staff is terrific. Thanks to all at Medi for making my journey a success!
