I finally trusted them and the program and wow!! I finally, after diet after diet over the past 20+ years not only hit my long time goal but surpassed it by 10 pounds! More importantly I did it without losing much muscle! Almost all of my weight loss was in fat mass and I am finally in the healthy range for, not only bmi, but fat mass and percentage!
