  These people are very nice and easy to work with however, I don’t believe they hold the professional experience needed to do some of this work correctly I had a crown put in by this dentist which broke off less than three months later. The crown was put on slightly on an angle which caused it to break the natural tooth below the gum line. I went in and they told me they were unable to fix it and they offered me $400 back towards the 3000 that I had spent. They said I can get an implant it would cost 6000 but they’ll give me a deal at 5400 because they destroyed my front tooth forever. At that point, I decided to go back to my original dentist. I’ve been seeing since I was a child has 30+ years experience. He looked at the tooth and immediately said this was put on incorrectly when you were biting down all of the stress of the bite was put on only a portion of the tooth which caused it to crack. The crowns that he put on for me lasted over 15 years this one from pure dental spa lasted 2 1/2 months. So long story short, I have a permanently destroyed front tooth that had to be removed due to the poor performance of pure dental spa. If I did not have them do this crown then I wouldn’t be in this position with a missing front tooth . I have to incur thousands of dollars to fix this. It’s almost $7000 to fix the area that they messed up. To this day, I still not have gotten any refund not even the $400 they insulted me with Originally At the end of the day, this is not the type of work that just anybody can do this doctor put my two on wrong destroyed my front tooth forever and has now costed me thousands of dollars that is what I got for being a patient at this dentist. I couldn’t be more disappointed and upset with this company. I would highly recommend doing research on other dentist if you were going to get heavy dental work like a crown performed. The crown I got put on when I was 13 lasted 15 years by Dr. Colletti in Bloomingdale. This crown lasted 2 1/2 months it’s now cost me to $7000 to fit correct. My Financial burden is 100% caused by this doctor. I have considered filing a lawsuit I wanted to give The doctor a chance to resolve this with me before taking that next step

  I had a wonderful experience here. I came for a cleaning and impacted tooth. The hospitality is excellent and care is genuine. They are kind in explaining the next steps and take you through their process to ensure you are comfortable. I also came back for an extraction and the visit was seamless.   I have been taking my kids to pure dental spa from past 9 years. From past year i started seeing the pattern, i was getting charged for fluoride treatment, unnecessary X-ray charges . Usually what is covered under insurance is pretty standard and additional coverage not needed unless there is some issue. I was ignoring all this until they really messed it up big time. They told my daughter she has 4 cavities and they need to fix it right away. I told them not to go with process and took her to other dentists and both of them confirmed my doubts that they were trying to rip off. My daughter has perfect healthy teeth, no cavities. I would suggest everyone going there to look at all the charges these people are adding even its covered by insurance. Hate to say they have deteriorated with time .
